Rebecca is a fully qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner. Trained with the Ayurvedic Institute UK, she is a competent and well versed consultant taught by the leading Ayurvedic Doctors in England. Her journey started in India, where she learnt about her constitution and ate and lived according to Ayurvedic principles. After experiencing the benefits of this ancient wisdom, Rebecca incorporated Ayurveda into her everyday life and began to feel more in control of her health and wellbeing.  

This soon grew into a passion that saw her helping others and the next natural step was to officially study to practice.
