Energy Healing or Ayurvedic Consultations can be booked separately or together. Clients tend to have best results when combined, however this can be tailored to you. Contact Rebecca to find out more.
If combined, Rebecca will get to know you better by asking you questions about your lifestyle and habits. This will enable her to conclude what your current imbalance may be and how you can go about addressing it.
She can then follow this consultation with a deeply relaxing energy healing treatment for 1 hour. This will help unblock stagnant energy and leave your body and mind feeling connected ready to move forward.
How it works
Simply email Rebecca with your enquiry and she can book in your first appointment.
Her treatment rooms are based in Hove at The Float Spa and she takes bookings from 9am - 7pm Monday to Saturday. Bookings usually last 2 hours.
What happens next?
If you choose to have Ayurvedic support, after your first meeting, Rebecca will email you your plan and call you to discuss any questions you may have. You can then book in another face to face session 2-3 weeks later to see how it's progressing.
Rebecca likes to keep communication and meetings flexible to suit your lifestyle. There is no exact time-line with treatment plans, most often they can span between 3-6 months for effective results.
